Reveal the reviewI really enjoyed the plot of this one—it had just the right amount of chaos to keep things fun. Sure, like most vertical dramas, you can guess who ends up together, but let’s be honest—it’s the journey that keeps us watching!
And Mia and Brad’s journey? A total emotional rollercoaster.
It all starts with Mia crushing on Dan but being too shy to approach him, while Brad has eyes for Chloe but doesn’t know how to talk to her. So they team up: Mia helps Brad write love letters to Chloe, and Brad helps Mia get closer to Dan.
At first, everything seems to go well—Mia gets a date with Dan (yay!), and Chloe responds positively to Brad’s letters (double yay!). But feelings, of course, complicate everything.
Mia soon realizes Dan is shallow—he literally ditches her during a date to hook up with someone else. Meanwhile, all the time she spent with Brad sparked something real. And Brad, although he got together with sweet Chloe, can’t ignore the feelings growing for Mia.
Their love wasn’t planned, and technically, they weren’t even supposed to end up on each other’s radar. But fate had other plans, and it took some emotional detours before they finally came together.
Also—shoutout to Chloe! In most stories, she’d be the catty rival, but not here. Chloe is kind, mature, and even steps aside to let Mia and Brad be happy. We see you, girl, and we know you’ll find your perfect match too. ❤️
As for Samantha… well, she’s your classic drama-stirring queen. She nearly succeeded in ruining everything, but thankfully she got caught red-handed.
Final Thoughts:
This was a really solid vertical. The storyline had heart, drama, humor, and the right amount of romantic tension. Shorts delivered again, and I’m excited to see what they come up with next!
