Fresh, Addictive, and Full of Twists

Oh man, where do I even start? I had been waiting for this series, and it did not disappoint! 🙌

While many Verticals reuse familiar tropes, this one delivered a fresh storyline while keeping the best ingredients of VertiLand: drama, romance, chaos, and a cast that truly understands how to hook us in.

There was never a dull moment—plot twists around every corner, constant surprises, and layered conflicts that kept me glued to the screen. It’s the kind of Vertical you start “just one episode” and end up binging the entire thing in a single sitting.

Lies, Lies, and More Lies 🕵️‍♀️

Let’s talk about the lies. Because wow, everyone was lying (except Autumn, but she’s the best anyway). Xavier, Chad, Hannah, even Claire—all their lies created the perfect storm of chaos we love in VertiLand.

Chad? Hated him immediately. A cheater, a manipulator, the typical red flag 🚩… yet, there were moments I almost rooted for him during his “redemption.” Almost. He had a few sincere moments that made me believe he wanted to change, but teaming up with Hannah? Game over. Still, I do believe he loved Claire, but he didn’t deserve her.

Xavier started as the perfect guy, but the deeper the story went, the more I doubted him. Lying about his family for campus status? Eh, I could overlook that. But lying to Claire during Spring Break? Playing Hannah for his own gain? That’s where he lost me. Hannah went too far in her revenge, but honestly, she’s the first Drama Queen I didn’t fully hate because she was also a victim of Xavier’s lies.

The Love Triangle Ping-Pong 💔

I loved that Claire’s choice wasn’t obvious. She ping-ponged between Chad and Xavier in a way that felt real. Long-term history with Chad isn’t easy to shake off, and Xavier almost won her over, but his lies gave her every reason to pull back. This “Ping-Pong” triangle was one of the most entertaining I’ve seen, and for a moment, I even wanted Claire to dump both and walk away queen-style! 👑

Golden Guests & Details We Love ✨

Can we take a moment to appreciate the iconic guest list in this series? I checked IMDb and let’s talk about their names:

  • Ashley as Cristine Arson

  • Kristine as Ashleigh Ranch

  • Nick as Ricky OneCup Jordan

  • Mark as Charlie Chug Norris (personal fave!)

These fun cameos and community support among actors remind me why I love VertiLand so much. It shows how much the actors uplift each other’s projects, creating a unique, supportive environment we rarely see elsewhere.

Another gem? Eric as the President in a frat called “Alpha.” Out of all Greek letters, of course it had to be Alpha. It’s these little details that add flavor to the series.

Final Thoughts

This series was everything a good Vertical should be:
✅ A fresh, well-written plot with continuous twists.
✅ Characters who are layered—not purely good or bad, but complex.
✅ Fun details and an engaged, supportive community.
✅ A reminder that when actors are allowed to write and create, we get truly great content.

Platforms should take notes: let the creatives lead, and viewers will show up for quality stories. We don’t want recycled plots produced only for quick views; we want stories that matter—and trust me, the views will follow.

⭐ Verdict: Must-watch. If you love chaos, layered characters, and Verticals that stand out, add this to your binge list immediately!
