This one was really cute! Chris once again proves he’s the ultimate green flag—reliable, kind, and totally swoon-worthy. No surprise there!

I’m a sucker for forbidden love stories, and while this one falls into that category, it really shouldn’t be forbidden at all. Kaitlyn is Cole’s best friend’s little sister, yes, but come on—he’s not a bad guy! Ryan should be thrilled that his sister might end up with someone as solid as Cole. Especially compared to her toxic, cheating ex! Still, I get it—Ryan probably feels blindsided more than anything and was already against the idea.

Cole and Kaitlyn are adorable together. From the beginning, it’s obvious they have feelings for each other. But they keep denying it because of the situation around them. Not only is Ryan an obstacle, but Cole is also a TA in a class Kaitlyn is taking. Still, he’s a student too, not her professor, so let’s not overcomplicate things.

The real drama? Amber. You know the type—completely delusional, obsessed with Cole, and convinced she has a shot. But Cole couldn’t care less. She added conflict, sure, but in the end, it was love that won. And yes, they got Ryan’s blessing!

One last funny note: this is the second time Maria’s character is told she’s “ugly.” Sorry, but Maria is the literal definition of gorgeous. That line makes me laugh every time—more unbelievable than flash-marrying a billionaire stranger!

Final Thoughts:
This series is pure comfort. It’s the kind of sweet love story you want to binge after a long day. Lighthearted, romantic, and featuring a lovely pairing—Maria and Chris are just magic together.
