A Biker Romance Vertical? Say no more!

I’m a sucker for biker romances and verticals, so it’s no surprise that I really enjoyed this one.

Meet Our Lead Couple:

Savannah – A young woman haunted by past trauma, emotionally stuck and trying to survive the weight of it all.

Damon – A motorcycle club (MC) member and the President’s son. He’s supposed to be the “bad guy,” but that’s just a mask—underneath, he’s got a heart.

They come from two opposite worlds: Savannah is the niece of a police officer, while Damon is deeply tied to the biker club through his father. After a panic attack, Savannah finally decides to go out—and that’s when their paths cross. At first, Damon approaches her because his father tells him to. But feelings develop quickly, and that complicates everything.

Supporting Cast:

  • Percy – Savannah’s cousin and best friend. Always supportive, but he’s hiding secrets for “her own good.”

  • Jonah – Her uncle and a police officer. He’s keeping major truths from her—out of protection or guilt?

  • Reid – Rookie cop, Savannah’s close friend. He’s clearly been carrying a torch for her… for years.

  • Lucien – Damon’s father and the MC president. The real bad guy of the story.

Too Many Questions…

At first, I assumed Savannah’s parents had died recently, which explained her emotional breakdown over a specific song. But the deeper we get into the story, the more it becomes clear the accident happened years ago. That timeline raises so many questions:

If Savannah is 18 now and her parents died 5 years ago, she was around 13. Yet she supposedly didn’t know her uncle used to be in the MC? And Damon—about the same age—had no clue either, even though Jonah used to ride with his father? That feels implausible.

If the accident happened longer ago, then Savannah would’ve been way too young to remember anything, which makes the timeline (and the family band?) hard to believe.

Also… Reid being a rookie cop at about 22 or 23, and supposedly being in love with Savannah for years? She’s only 18 now. That age gap in that context is… questionable, to say the least.

Final Thoughts

The romance between Savannah and Damon was beautiful. He helped her start living again, and she helped him embrace who he really is. I honestly wish there were more episodes focusing on their relationship!

But the rest of the story needed more time and depth. Forty episodes weren’t enough to explore such a tangled family history and emotional complexity.

Still, I love biker romances, and I’d love to see more of them in verticals! Imagine Eric Guilmette, Jeff Violette, Tyler Scherer, or Marc Herrmann as rugged bad-boy bikers? Yes, please! Creatives, take notes — we need more biker Verticals! 🖤🔥
